HII guys, first problem a pc is earthing problem, this is a PC     

 normal problem this problem coming two  place first our reason no 1,;some times our home earthing found very high so

this high earthing danger for our pc. reason no two sometimes

Found power  cable damage that's for a reason high earthing,

high earthing.
         
         

   

                                                                                                   Solution, fast call a electrician and check earthing,and this time

earthing issue solve.

Solution #2 please check the power cable or any option buy a power cable. Then this problem solved.
