CPU HANG  SLOWDOWN PROBLEM

CPU hang and  slowdown problem desktop normal problem this problem reason I am said step by step.
REASON no 1> sometimes we are saving unused file and this folder file covered  PC  space memory that's a reason a CPU hang and slowdown problem.
REASON no 2> present time anyone use windows 10. Windows good but his one side is very bad because windows 10 anytime automatic updates when network connected on PC and PC slowdown problem will be start.
REASON no 3> sometimes PC works very slowly now third step open CPU and chek the ram (random access memory) and clean 
the ram with rubeer and then reinstall ram motherboard ,now please switch on the PC and see slowdown problem is solved.
